I decided not to look in the mirror or fix myself before this was taken. Uh...yeah.....bad idea.

I had a pretty good day today. I went downtown for a meeting for my part time job. Once again, I got screwed by the construction on the el. I need to get off at state/lake and they stopped service in the loop so the last stop was Clinton. I didnt think I had enough cash for a cab so I stopped at the 7-11 on Clinton. No ATM. Damnit! I went to the Olgilvie transportation center because I knew they had ATMs for my bank. They were all on repair. Damn again. I went downstairs and asked if the cabbie took credit cards. He did but of course they werent working today. Was it national computer breakdown day or what? I told him where I needed to go and I only had $7.00. I mad it with enough to spare for a crappy tip.

After the meeting i got some chow and walked around the city. I went to the Chicago Cultural Center. I had only been there once before but never really walked around. It is one spectacular building, especially the Tiffany dome!
